SAFETY WARNINGTake your time. Protect your privacy.
A safer space starts with awareness

Your safety comes first.

Meeting someone new can be exciting, but people online may misrepresent themselves or try to pressure you. You never owe anyone personal information, money, photos, or continued conversation.

Watch for these warning signs

  • Scams: someone asks for money, gift cards, crypto, financial details, verification codes, or help with an “emergency.”
  • Sextortion: someone pressures you for intimate images, threatens to share images or messages, or demands money to keep them private.
  • Impersonation and manipulation: a person’s story keeps changing, they rush intimacy, push you off-platform, or ask you to click a suspicious link.
  • Boundary violations: repeated unwanted sexual messages, threats, coercion, stalking, or pressure to meet somewhere you do not feel safe.

If something feels wrong

  1. Stop replying. Do not pay, send more images, share a code, or open links they sent.
  2. Save relevant messages, usernames, and dates if you can do so safely. Do not forward intimate images.
  3. Block and report the account. Tell someone you trust; you do not have to handle it alone.
  4. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement. If intimate images are involved, ask local authorities or a trusted support organization how to report safely.

This page offers general safety reminders. The current unseenblindates preview does not provide account reporting or emergency response tools yet.
